We must require all teams to arrive at the arena 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to their games. A host/hostess will be assigned to the team each time the team plays and will escort the team to their proper dressing room 30-45 minutes before their game.

Upon arrival the team manager is required to report to the Registration Office with a control binder, which must include the following:

- T112
- League schedule
- Score sheets from the last 5 games the team has played including playoffs
- Permit

IMPORTANT: Failure to present one or any of these forms to the registrar may result in the disqualification of the team from our tournament.
